Official Rules for the “Recognize My True - Casting Call Contest”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES.  Participation in the “Recognize My True Casting Call Contest” (the “Contest”) constitutes each Eligible Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The Contest is sponsored by Guru Denim LLC, 2030 E. Maple Ave., Suite 100, El Segundo, CA 90245 (“Sponsor”). This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, and Instagram is not associated with the Contest in any way. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor, and not to Instagram. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.

ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to any legal resident of the 50 United States or District of Columbia, who is:

ENTRY PERIOD.  The Contest entry period begins on 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on August 14, 2026 at 9:00 am PST and ends on 11:59 pm PST on August 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer shall be the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER.  To enter the Contest Entry; during the Entry Period, fill out the entry form at truereligion.com/recognizemytruecontest by: (a) entering you name, mmail, mobile phone number, zip code, and Instagram handle; (b) uploading three (3) images of yourself: a front-facing full-body image, a headshot, and one additional image showing off what you feel makes you recognizable (“Photos”) (professional Photos are not required); (c) answering the prompt: “Tell us what makes you recognizable. Tell us what makes you bold, what makes you stand out. Tell us what makes you True” in five hundred (500) words or less; and (d) Posting a video, not less than fifteen (15) seconds and not more than two (2) minutes length, showing off What Makes You Recognizable (“Video”).

If you enter using a mobile device on a wireless service provider’s network (as opposed to a Wi-Fi network), your carrier’s data rates will apply. You should consult your wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier.

ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS SHOULD NOT INCLUDE THEIR NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION IN THE PHOTO OR VIDEO, OR ANY PART THEREOF, AS THE VIDEO MAY BE PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE VIDEO TO REMOVE SUCH INFORMATION AND/OR DEEM THE VIDEO VOID AND ILLEGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST.

OPEN CASTING CALL EVENT. Sponsor is hosting a one-day “CASTING CALL” Event, currently scheduled to take place on August 29, 2026, at times to be announced, at 2030 E. Maple Ave., Suite 100, El Segundo, CA 90245, which date, time, and location are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
ATTENDANCE AT THE CASTING CALL EVENT IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL. At the Casting Call Event, photographers and models will be available to offer photography tips and inspiration. Sponsor may also make devices available to facilitate access to the online entry portal. Entrants remain responsible for creating and submitting complete entries in accordance with these Official Rules. Photos taken at the Casting Call Event may be used for submission by eligible Entrants in their Entry. Entries with photos taken at the Casting Call Event will not be judged differently than other Entries. Attendance at the Casting Call Event will not improve or impact an Entrant’s opportunity to win a Prize or in any way influence or affect the review of an Entry. Entrant is responsible for any and all of Entrant’s costs associated with attendance at the Casting Call Event. Attendance at the Casting Call Event does not replace the requirement to submit the Entry via the Contest Entry link, which can be accessed in the How to Enter section above. Attendance at the Casting Call Event is subject to capacity limitations. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit attendance, with or without prior notice.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. All Entries must meet the following requirements:

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the Entry Requirements.

LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES SUBMITTED BY THE SAME PERSON WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, email addresses, login, or any other methods will void that Entry, and Entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

The Entry must be submitted by the Entrant. Automated or bulk Entries or Entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, misplaced, stolen, tampered with, deleted, or invalid Entries or any expenses incurred in the creation and submission of any Entry. Message, data rates, and wireless access charges may apply to use of a mobile device in connection with Entry.

JUDGING CRITERIA. Eligible Entries will be judged by a panel of judges (the “Judging Committee”) selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Judges will select the winners on the basis of personal style, boldness, confidence, creativity, individuality, and overall distinction and depiction of the “What Makes Me Recognizable” campaign. The Judges will select two (2) eligible Entries to win one of two Grand Prizes: (1) Grand Prize Menswear, and (2) Grand Prize Womenswear

By entering the Contest, each Eligible Entrant agrees that the Judging Committee’s decisions regarding the winning Entries and in regard to all related matters (including, without limitation, eligibility) shall be final and binding in all respects.

WINNER NOTIFICATION. On or about September 4, 2026 a potential Grand Prize winner in the category of Menswear and a potential Grand Prize winner in the category of Womenswear will be selected from the eligible Entries.

The potential winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form. Potential winners will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where not prohibited by law), consent to a background check, and may be required to sign other documents that Sponsor deems necessary to confirm eligibility, complete the background check, and obtain a liability/publicity release. Failure to return any required document by the date requested may deem the potential winner ineligible and their related prize (or status in the Contest) forfeited. If any potential winner declines to accept a prize, such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner(s) within a reasonable time period, or a potential winner is not otherwise in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, Sponsor may select an alternate winner(s) from all remaining eligible Entries. Each winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The Entrant understands that the Sponsor or its respective agents may advise the United States Internal Revenue Service of the value of the prize awarded in the form of an IRS Form 1099, or otherwise. The Entrant understands that, prior to being entitled to receive any prize, and prior to receiving any prize, such Entrant will be required to first provide Sponsor with all of Entrant’s applicable taxpayer identification information and other required and reasonably requested tax and tax-related documentation (e.g., IRS Form W-9, government-issued photo identification, etc.).

PRIZES. Two (2) Grand Prizes (one in the category of Menswear and one in the category of Womenswear). Each Grand Prize consists of:

(1) The Los Angeles Experience:(a) Roundtrip, coach-class airfare for the grand prize winner on a national airline of Sponsor’s choosing, from the airport closest to the winner’s home to Los Angeles California*; (b) Three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing; and (c) ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($125) per diem for four (4) days. The Los Angeles Experience will include hosted activities as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Except as provided for in connection with the hosted activities, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, tips, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the contest winner. All check-in, check-out, and other guest rules of the Hotel shall apply during contest winner’s stay at the hotel. Upon hotel check-in, winner may be required to present a credit card and have a hold placed on the card for hotel incidentals and damage deposit.

*If Sponsor determines that air travel is unnecessary because the winner resides within a reasonable driving distance of the destination, Sponsor may substitute ground transportation or no transportation, in Sponsor's sole discretion, and no additional compensation or substitution will be provided.

(2) The Team True Experience: (a) A True Religion shopping spree, at the store of Sponsor’s choice (approximate retail value $1,000); (b) a True Religion photoshoot/social content shoot at True Religion headquarters; (c) a featured editorial profile, showcasing a curated collection of True Religion apparel selected by or in collaboration with the winner, to be published on certain True Religion marketing channels, including, at Sponsor’s discretion, in-store signage. (d) a feature in the TRUE RECOGNIZE TRUE: ONE’S TO WATCH social/content series; and (e) recognition as an available content provider on the #TeamTrue creator roster.

The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $5,022.

All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes that require delivery will be delivered only to a valid physical address within the United States that the winner provides to the Sponsor or its representative at the time of winner notification. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for any prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value at their sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply.

CONDITIONS/USE RIGHTS.  By accepting any prize, the Eligible Entrant consents to the use of their name, voice, and likenesses, including all accompanying personally identifiable information such Eligible Entrant submits or Sponsor obtains in the course of the Eligible Entrant accepting any prize, via all forms of media now known or hereafter devised worldwide, in perpetuity, without notice, attribution or compensation (other than the specific prizes described herein) to such Eligible Entrant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity, except where prohibited by law.

In the event a winner engages in behavior during prize travel or at prize-related event that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the travel early, and send winner home with no further obligations or compensation whatsoever to winner (which may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, result in such winner’s disqualification from the Contest and forfeiture of any (and/or all) prize(s)). In the event winner engages in behavior during prize travel or at prize-related event that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects winner to arrest or detention, Sponsor shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by winner as a result of such conduct.

SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF FINALIST’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.

Travel arrangements will be made through Sponsor and on an airline carrier of Sponsor’s choice. The potential winner must be available to travel on dates specified by Sponsor or risk forfeiting prize. Certain travel restrictions may apply.

Any difference between ARV and actual retail value of any prize will not be awarded. The actual value of any prize awarded may be taxable as income, and any applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state, or local tax related to the acceptance and/or use of any prize shall be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor will provide Entrants with reasonable notice of any change to the prize details. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

PRIVACY.  Participation in the Contest requires the collection and use of certain personal information (such as your name, contact details, and phone number). By participating in the Contest, Eligible Entrant authorizes Sponsor to collect, use, and process data about Eligible Entrant, including personal information submitted by Eligible Entrant or otherwise collected by Sponsor, directly or indirectly through Sponsor’s vendors, through the process of administering the Contest. This consent includes your authorization to allow the transfer of your personal information whether within Eligible Entrant’s country of residence or elsewhere, and shared with such third party(ies) as Sponsor deems appropriate, for purposes of administration of the Contest.  All information submitted to Sponsor as part of this Contest will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy statement, available at https://www.truereligion.com/privacy-policy.html.  Personal information will be used to: (a) provide information about the Contest; (b) contact and publicize potential winners; and/or (c) to receive additional information from Sponsor such as to send additional information to that entrant during or after any Entry Period.  Eligible Entrants have the right to withdraw the foregoing consent and to correct their personal data, but Eligible Entrants are not allowed to re-submit their entries.  Directions on procedures for submitting corrections to personal data are provided in the privacy statement of Sponsor.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY.  By participating in all or a portion of the Contest, Eligible Entrants agree to release and hold harmless all members, shareholders, owners, directors, officers and employees of Sponsor and each of its affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, advertising and Contest agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, or incompletely received entries; (e) errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Eligible Entrant’s participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of any prize; or travel to any Contest-related events; or from the misuse or loss of any personal information collected in connection with the Contest; and (g) any claims based on publicity rights, copyright/trademark infringement, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery.  By participating, you agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorney’s fees; (3) under no circumstances will any Eligible Entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and Eligible Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of- pocket expenses; and (4) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of California; without regard to principles of conflicts of laws that may result in application of other than the aforementioned intended governing law; any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute.

Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, pandemics or acts of terrorism. Eligible Entrants further agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.

FORCE MAJEURE. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, national or global health crisis, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities — outside of their control (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) — or any other cause beyond their reasonable control, whether similar or dissimilar to any cause listed herein, will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

MISCELLANEOUS.  The decisions of Sponsor are final with respect to all aspects of this Contest.  The Contest and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to choice of law principles.  In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problems, or any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award a prize from among the non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion.  Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

For notification of the winners and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: What Makes Me Recognizable, c/o Guru Denim LLC, 2030 E. Maple Ave., Suite 100, El Segundo, CA 90245.  Requests for the winners list will only be accepted after the end of the Entry Period and must be received by December 15, 2026.

SPONSOR. The Sponsor of this Contest is Guru Denim LLC.  Entrants shall not use the trademarks of Sponsor or falsely associate themselves with Sponsor during or after the Entry Period.
